Requirements
- 3+ years building and shipping models in Python in a fast-paced environment (5+ years for Senior).
- Proven experience working hands-on with engineering and product teams.
- Strong ML, statistics, and data fundamentals (PySpark, pandas, SQL).
- Product mindset with an ability to navigate ambiguity and optimize for customer value.
- Collaborative streak with a focus on team success.
- AI-forward workflow utilizing coding assistants and LLMs.
- Ability to work remotely within the US or Canada.
- End-to-end ownership of ML/AI products from idea to production (for Senior level).
- Track record of mentoring and raising team standards (for Senior level).
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of ML/AI products from first prototype to production system.
- Build automated systems behind data quality, including models and pipelines.
- Set the bar for scalable, robust, and production-ready ML engineering.
- Partner directly with leadership to shape the data science roadmap and priorities.
- Mentor other data scientists and raise team practices (for Senior level).
