Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue analytics, FP&A, or revenue management.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or multifamily real estate operations.
- Demonstrated experience connecting clinical or operational data to financial and billing outcomes.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and clinical/EMR systems (e.g., Yardi, PointClickCare).
- Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven ability to translate financial and clinical data into recommendations for leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly attentive to detail with experience owning ambiguous problems.
Responsibilities
- Audit resident acuity and care level assessments against financial documentation to ensure accurate billing.
- Quantify revenue impact to mitigate revenue leakage and compliance risks.
- Model the relationship between assessments and costs to identify pricing misalignments.
- Track acuity creep and evaluate pricing leverage against occupancy risk.
- Provide care management support to optimize occupancy, rate integrity, and revenue performance.
- Manage unit inventory and ensure pricing/promotions are accurate across clinical channels.
- Analyze revenue streams across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and respite care.
- Conduct weekly revenue strategy meetings to review performance and pricing strategy.
