Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency for technical leadership and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong architectural vision with a polyglot approach (Angular, React, C#, .NET, Java, Node.js).
- Proven experience in large-scale modernization projects, system refactoring, and distributed architectures (microservices/Serverless).
- Deep knowledge of data modeling and relational databases (SQL Server).
- Experience guiding transitions to modern big data platforms like Databricks.
- Practical experience using AI tools for software engineering (e.g., Copilot, CodeWhisperer) for refactoring and code review.
- Strong background in testing culture, code quality, and DevOps.
- Excellent communication and leadership-by-influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of architecture in the Modernization POD, integrating C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, Angular, and React applications.
- Apply AI skills and techniques, including prompt engineering and LLM-assisted code analysis, to optimize modernization and accelerate delivery.
- Structure and technically lead the modernization of the platform's data layer, transitioning from SQL Server to Databricks.
- Partner with technical specialists to ensure smooth and secure evolution of architecture.
- Disseminate a culture of technological adaptability and mentor the team on language-agnostic engineering best practices.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and software quality using automated testing and CI/CD.
- Act as a technical bridge with Product Managers and international stakeholders in a 100% English-speaking environment.
