Requirements
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in at least 5 states.
- Must be licensed in the state of California (CA).
- Must be licensed in the state you live in.
- Board Certified, specifically NCCPA.
- 2 years of in-person, independent practice experience as a PA.
- 1-year experience in weight loss medicine, including prescribing GLP1 agonists preferred.
- Background in Internal or Family Medicine preferred.
- Comfortable with complex chronic condition management preference.
- Telemedicine or virtual care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring, and primary care.
- Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics).
- Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
