Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional Human Resources and/or Recruitment experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment coordination.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong understanding of resume screening, candidate assessment, interviewing, and endorsement processes.
- Ability to use recruitment systems, applicant tracking tools, and databases.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare recruitment reports, maintain dashboards, and track metrics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resume reviews, candidate screening, interviews, and candidate endorsements to Talent Acquisition Leadership.
- Perform headhunting, cold calling, and passive candidate sourcing for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
- Create, prepare, and post job advertisements across online job channels and social media.
- Generate recruitment reports, provide updates, and maintain Talent Acquisition dashboards and metrics.
- Assist HR Leadership during client-facing meetings and recruitment-related discussions.
