Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 5 years of related experience; 5-8 years preferred.
- Experience with security solution designs for TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience designing security controls for operating systems, databases, applications, and web services.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, and ISO.
- Proven experience with hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, least privilege access, and identity governance.
- Hands-on experience with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP.
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph API).
- Experience building workflows using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
- Ability to participate in rotational on-call duties, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IAM solutions across hybrid environments.
- Drive modernization efforts toward Zero Trust and cloud-based identity models.
- Engineer automated identity processes and strengthen access governance and privileged access controls.
- Integrate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate identity-related risks.
- Implement monitoring and automated response for identity threats.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audit readiness.
- Establish standards and best practices to improve enterprise identity security.
