Requirements
- Expertise in HubSpot Enterprise, specifically Workflows, Custom Objects, and the Breeze AI Content Agent.
- Demonstrated ability to build AI-native workflows, prioritizing automation over manual processes.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Conversion Rates rather than vanity metrics.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical search intent (TMS, Ketamine, Psychiatry) is preferred.
- Experience with Technical SEO and PPC management.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Use HubSpot Breeze to generate localized landing pages and clinical blogs while auditing for medical accuracy (E-E-A-T) and brand voice.
- Monitor outsourced deliverables, audit weekly PPC reports to ensure healthy Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and filter negative keywords.
- Manage KiwiHealth platform to respond to patient reviews in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
- Ensure accuracy of 'Virtual Proximity' listings across 15 states.
- Maintain HubSpot Enterprise dashboard to track the journey from ad click to booked appointment and final review.
