Requirements

- Native or native-equivalent fluency in Spanish (Peru).
- Access to a quiet, echo-free recording space.
- Own a professional-grade USB condenser or XLR microphone.
- Own closed-back monitoring headphones.
- Ability to self-direct for auditions and accept live direction during sessions.
- Comfortable with basic audio hygiene and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Complete two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on given topics.
- Manage personal recording space and professional equipment.
- Follow real-time direction from a Session Director.
- Deliver all recordings in the required language and dialect.
