Requirements

- Strong Python programming skills.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
- Track record of building ML solutions.
- Track record of using cutting-edge AI technology to solve problems.
- Critical thinking and creative mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to learn quickly and keep up to date with new AI technology.
- Experience in natural language processing (nice to have).
- Experience with large language models (nice to have).
- Experience with MLOps (nice to have).
- Experience with ETL processing (nice to have).
- Experience with cloud, AWS preferred (nice to have).
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, Quality, or Risk Adjustment (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Build machine learning models in classification and information extraction.
- Analyze rich and complex healthcare data to build and improve upon existing features and models.
- Implement new solutions to improve the performance of existing models.
- Work with engineering teams to implement ML models into production and build ML pipelines.
- Integrate cutting-edge ML and NLP technologies into existing models.
- Explore LLM solutions for AI models.
