Requirements

  • Active licensure (LMSW).
  • Proficiency with telehealth software and video communication platforms.
  • Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.
  • Experience in treatment planning and conducting comprehensive assessments.
  • Ability to work a Monday - Friday schedule with specific shift options (10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EST).
  • Private, secure home workspace ensuring HIPAA compliance for patient privacy.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is preferred).
  • Experience partnering with clients to achieve therapeutic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse therapy services via telehealth.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Utilize comprehensive assessments to support client goals.
  • Engage with clients to achieve treatment objectives in a partnership-based approach.
  • Maintain daily use of telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
