Requirements

  • Master's level degree in a relevant field.
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as an LMFT.
  • Proficiency in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
  • Proven experience in treatment planning and conducting comprehensive assessments.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology and telehealth software throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Dedicated private workspace ensuring HIPAA compliance for patient privacy.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday, full-time schedule (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT).

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse services through a telehealth program.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Develop and maintain effective treatment plans.
  • Partner with clients to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
