Requirements
- Active, independent clinical license for the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
- 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
- Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices.
- Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.
- Ability to deliver therapy via telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to a population ranging from children to young adults.
- Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through our Care Dashboard.
- Manage a caseload that fits your lifestyle (minimum 5 hours/week).
- Specialize in low-acuity cases focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
- Transition your existing private clients to our platform for an improved compensation rate (optional).
