Requirements

  • Passion for travel, guest services, and helping others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Capable of working independently from a home workspace as well as collaboratively with a remote team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations for accommodations, flights, cruises, and ground transport.
  • Verify reservation accuracy, including dates, names, itineraries, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate special client requests, dining reservations, and destination activity arrangements.
  • Provide warm, responsive, and professional communication to travelers via phone, email, and digital messaging.
  • Collaborate with hospitality vendors and team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Address travel adjustments, schedule changes, and guest inquiries with efficient problem-solving.
  • Complete basic administrative tracking and documentation within central booking platforms.
