Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or management reporting.
- Strong expertise in FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash-flow concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, analytical functions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex information into business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder interaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA Finance are an added advantage.
- Experience with financial planning tools, ERP systems, or BI platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the financial planning and analysis process, including annual budgets, forecasts, long-term plans, and periodic updates.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports covering revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flows, and key metrics.
- Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and business drivers.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business teams to gather financial inputs and ensure accuracy of planning assumptions.
- Prepare dashboards and presentations for senior management, highlighting financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct profitability, cost, margin, and variance analysis across business units or functions.
- Collaborate with accounting teams during month-end and year-end processes to ensure accurate reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization in FP&A activities.
