- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and media plans.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting recommendations.
- Capacity to lead and mentor junior account staff.
- Familiarity with marketing/advertising project budget management.
Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate day-to-day relationships with clients.
- Present and defend agency strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Serve as primary contributor to marketing strategy, communications plans, and media plans.
- Foster positive working relations between internal departments.
- Guide the efforts of Account Executives, providing clear goals and feedback.
- Supervise job budget preparation and internal budget approval.
- Represent the account team to agency senior leadership (creative, planning).
