Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience.
- Proven experience managing highly complex and global studies or portfolios.
- Mastery of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant SOPs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
- Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Ability to conduct formal presentations and lead Bid Defense meetings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client liaison, participating in proposal activities and client presentations.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials, ensuring consistency across assigned portfolios.
- Direct project managers in project planning, initiation, procurement, execution, and closing.
- Manage study budgets, monitor financial health, and drive change orders to completion.
- Develop robust project plans, including timelines, proactive risk management, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality management and inspection readiness for assigned projects.
- Lead internal and client meetings and prepare project status updates for senior management.
- Mentor project management staff and provide ongoing performance feedback.
