Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience.
Proven experience managing highly complex and global studies or portfolios.
Mastery of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant SOPs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Ability to conduct formal presentations and lead Bid Defense meetings.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Serve as the primary client liaison, participating in proposal activities and client presentations.
Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials, ensuring consistency across assigned portfolios.
Direct project managers in project planning, initiation, procurement, execution, and closing.
Manage study budgets, monitor financial health, and drive change orders to completion.
Develop robust project plans, including timelines, proactive risk management, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality management and inspection readiness for assigned projects.
Lead internal and client meetings and prepare project status updates for senior management.
Mentor project management staff and provide ongoing performance feedback.
