Job Details

Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Mastery of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant SOPs.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
Experience with eTMF, EDC, and CTMS platforms.
Experience managing highly complex global studies or a portfolio of studies.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Serve as primary point-of-contact liaison with clients, including leading proposal activities and presentations.
Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials to ensure consistency across assigned portfolios.
Direct project managers in project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution, and closing.
Manage study budgets, identify out-of-scope activities, and drive change orders to completion.
Monitor financial health, including project profitability, billable hours, and accurate forecasting.
Develop comprehensive project plans featuring proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality management, including eTMF inspection readiness and implementation of CAPA plans.
Lead internal and client meetings, providing regular status updates and reporting on KPIs.
