Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience.
- Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
- Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical and/or device research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point-of-contact liaison with client to provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research trials, ensuring consistency across portfolios.
- Provide direction to project managers on establishment, planning, initiation, execution, and closing.
- Manage study budgets, financial health, profitability, and project forecasting.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, proactive risk management, and mitigation.
- Ensure Quality management, including eTMF inspection readiness and corrective/preventative action plans.
- Lead internal and client meetings, including bid defenses and project status presentations.
- Mentor associate and senior project managers and provide ongoing team feedback.
