Job Details

4+ years of experience in release management, delivery management, technical program management, or similar software delivery roles.
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end production releases (planning, readiness, go/no-go, cutover, rollback).
Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, deployment environments, and branching/versioning strategies.
Experience coordinating across engineering, QA, DevOps, project teams, and external or client stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating runbooks and executive summaries.
Structured, calm approach to decision-making under pressure.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, release workflows, and delivery dashboards.
Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for documentation and workflow improvement.
Nice to have: Experience in eCommerce environments.
Nice to have: Exposure to CPQ solutions, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
Nice to have: Experience in consulting or professional services.
Nice to have: ITIL, SAFe Release Train Engineer, or PMP certification.

Own and manage the release calendar across the engagement.
Drive release readiness by establishing entry/exit criteria and facilitating go/no-go discussions.
Lead cutover planning with detailed, actionable plans and rehearsals.
Ensure rollback readiness with documented and tested plans.
Own release communications for technical teams, leadership, and clients.
Identify and manage risks, surfacing blockers early with mitigation options.
Improve release performance through trend tracking and retrospectives.
Partner with DevOps teams on deployment automation and environment management.
