Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical solutions, implementation, architecture, or integration-focused role.
- 5+ years of client-facing experience leading meetings, gathering requirements, and explaining technical concepts.
- Experience working with APIs, technical authentication, and credentialing workflows.
- Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation and implementation guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to assess requirements, identify risks, and recommend technical paths forward.
- Experience working in a remote, geographically dispersed, and cross-functional environment.
- Deep knowledge of ticketing technology and the integration ecosystem for live event operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of client requirements, third-party integrations, and SeatGeek system configuration.
- Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of SeatGeek APIs and technical workflows to support internal and external partners.
- Lead discovery for new third-party integrations, API requirements, and technical change requests.
- Manage technical access and provisioning workflows such as OAuth client provisioning and Ringside sandbox access.
- Review technical gaps and bespoke scenarios raised by internal teams to provide recommended solutions and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, blueprints, and process guides.
- Provide product and integration knowledge to Support and Implementation teams.
