Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in project management and application development.
- Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Lean, and Agile principles.
- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and facilitating complex planning sessions.
- Strong background in Release Management, Change Management, and Project Management.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong program governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and leadership without direct reporting authority.
- Experience working with distributed, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience working on Data Science, AI, or advanced analytics programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and facilitate complex discussions, planning events, retrospectives, and workshops.
- Manage cross-functional teams and complex product streams to ensure value-based delivery.
- Identify and address systemic impediments, organizational constraints, delivery risks, and cross-team dependencies.
- Oversee product backlog management, sprint goals, and capacity planning.
- Coach and mentor teams while managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Use delivery data to identify patterns and guide process improvements.
