Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or at least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Professional experience with Golang and/or React.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservice-based architectures.
- Understanding of AWS services (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge) and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Aurora, CockroachDB, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Git, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSO.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions such as Grafana.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or above proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and evolve secure and reliable software solutions for the Control Center platform.
- Contribute to foundational platform services including authentication, authorization, audit logging, dual-approval workflows, and other security-related capabilities.
- Build and maintain backend services and web applications using modern software engineering practices, APIs, and microservice architectures.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate customer and business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design activities, code reviews, and decisions that shape the evolution of the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining high standards for availability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Monitor system health and contribute to improvements in application performance, observability, security, scalability, and developer experience.
