Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
- Proven experience in successful delivery of high quality production services and systems.
- Track record of delivering high-quality, reliable services at scale.
- Comfort working autonomously with minimal direction.
- Experience building secure and compliant systems.
- Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Experience building fault-tolerant workflows with Temporal is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build distributed systems and REST/gRPC APIs in Go.
- Make architectural decisions regarding money-moving infrastructure.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and legal teams to scope and ship solutions.
- Build and scale services for instant funding, international settlement, and stablecoin-based account funding.
- Scale microservices architecture across custody, trading, and portfolio management systems.
