Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong coordination capabilities.
- Fluency in Italian.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce testing (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end).
- Proficiency in Jira for defect management and triage.
- Practical knowledge of static analysis tools like SonarQube, Salesforce Code Analyzer, or PMD.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, quality gates, and delivery governance.
- Experience managing and maintaining comprehensive test documentation and evidence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Ability to work from the European Union.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate QA activities across complex delivery projects, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Plan, manage, and prepare QA gate evidence for formal quality reviews and delivery acceptance.
- Maintain testbooks, coverage reports, static analysis results, and other quality documentation.
- Manage consolidated deliverable registers and track QA dependencies related to release readiness.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions.
- Design and manage defect lifecycle processes in Jira, including triage, reporting, and closure.
- Analyze test results to identify quality risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with development teams and external testing providers to ensure project alignment.
