Responsibilities

  • Log into the system to manage a daily queue of insurance leads.
  • Conduct consultations via phone or Zoom to assess family size, budget, and coverage needs.
  • Match individuals with life insurance plans from a network of 60+ carrier partners.
  • Participate in ongoing training through the internal portal to sharpen product knowledge.
  • Engage with a mentor to navigate complex client conversations and improve sales technique.
  • Maintain consistent work habits by processing leads daily.
