Requirements
- Strong professional background in networking and telecommunications.
- Demonstrated experience designing or operating large-scale data center networks.
- Practical experience with BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, and leaf-spine architectures.
- Understanding of IP routing, QoS, MTU, and network resiliency.
- Experience with large-scale MPLS networks.
- Proficiency in scripting to automate network or operational tasks.
- Knowledge of high-speed Ethernet, optical transceivers, and fiber cabling.
- Experience working across distributed teams and international time zones.
- Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
- Programming proficiency in Python or Perl is desirable.
- Knowledge of RoCEv2, RDMA, and Linux networking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy resilient leaf-spine network fabrics supporting GPU, AI, and high-performance computing infrastructure.
- Operate IP fabrics using BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, and ECMP protocols.
- Implement congestion management capabilities including QoS, ECN, and Priority Flow Control.
- Develop network architecture standards, implementation plans, and operational documentation.
- Evolve network automation and monitoring systems for capacity, latency, and availability.
- Act as a final-level escalation point for network operations and engineering teams.
