Job Details

Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or substantial relevant experience as a substitute.
7 years of experience in software quality assurance, test engineering, or test automation for enterprise applications.
5 years of hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, OATS, or Tricentis Tosca.
Experience performing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for enterprise cloud applications.
Proficiency with defect and test management platforms such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of SAFe Agile continuous testing practices and TDD/shift-left methodologies.
Experience coordinating UAT activities, stakeholder communication, and defect triage.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or ERP cloud implementations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Design and execute testing strategies across functional, integration, regression, performance, security, data migration, and UAT for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, or equivalent technologies within a SAFe Agile environment.
Perform parallel payroll validation by comparing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM results with legacy system outputs.
Execute Section 508 accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
Coordinate UAT activities, including scenario development, defect triage, and sign-off tracking.
Manage defects via JIRA or equivalent platforms including root cause analysis and severity classification.
Test integrations with federal HR systems such as EHRI, eOPF, and USA Staffing.
Mentor junior team members and lead technical quality initiatives.
