Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering, frontend development, and Design Systems.
- Practical experience working with design tokens and themes for consistent interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining shared component libraries and scalable Design Systems.
- Strong proficiency in React and Flutter, including their ecosystems.
- Proficiency with Storybook for React and Widgetbook for Flutter for documentation and testing.
- In-depth knowledge of web and mobile platform standards.
- Strong understanding of accessibility best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Design System team technically to increase productivity and ensure consistency across web and mobile.
- Drive adoption of the Design System from design through implementation using Figma, React, and Flutter.
- Define release cycles balancing product team needs with Design System development workflows.
- Establish InnerSource governance to maintain design and engineering quality standards.
- Develop components, templates, and architectural improvements through hands-on coding.
- Define and maintain frontend patterns in partnership with designers and engineers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to enable independent product team adoption.
- Serve as a technical reference and point of contact for cross-functional collaboration.
