Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience using SQL for data transformation, analysis, and engineering.
- Professional experience with Power BI, including the development of models, metrics, indicators, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with data modeling and transformation.
- Knowledge and practical experience with analytics engineering principles and practices.
- Experience integrating data from different sources and preparing information for BI and analytics solutions.
- Ability to structure and organize data for reliable analytical consumption.
- Senior-level technical maturity and autonomy to independently conduct data and analytics activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective data solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data integration, transformation, and processing solutions, primarily using Databricks and SQL.
- Design and structure data models that are reliable, organized, and optimized for analytical consumption.
- Develop and optimize data transformation processes to support trustworthy analytical datasets, reports, and business indicators.
- Apply analytics engineering principles to connect business requirements with effective data structures and models.
- Build metrics, KPIs, analytical models, and other data assets that support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytical views.
- Integrate information from multiple data sources and ensure consistency across the resulting datasets.
