Requirements
- 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of modern Java development (Java 21 preferred).
- Hands-on experience building applications with Spring Boot.
- Practical experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM-based persistence.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, relational databases, SQL, and query performance.
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing RESTful APIs.
- Practical experience with automated backend testing.
- Comfortable using Git, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
- Fluent professional English is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable REST APIs and backend services.
- Manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and persistence layers using Hibernate/JPA.
- Develop and maintain microservices within distributed backend architectures.
- Take ownership of assigned backend features from implementation through testing, release, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows.
