Requirements
- Significant experience designing and shipping digital products within cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, component-based design, and modern design systems.
- Expertise in product design, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
- Experience designing end-to-end journeys, responsive web, or mobile products.
- Ability to define accessibility requirements, UX acceptance criteria, and interaction states.
- Experience translating business requirements and technical constraints into buildable design direction.
- Strong collaboration skills working with product managers, engineers, and content designers.
- Experience partnering with engineers through design QA and release cycles.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and concept validation.
- Fluency or active experience incorporating AI-assisted design or research tools into workflows.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer and business needs into clear workflows, intuitive interactions, and scalable patterns.
- Work within cross-functional delivery pods to design and deliver thoughtful, usable digital products.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and quality specialists from early shaping through release.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and strengthen delivery context.
- Partner directly with engineers through implementation, design QA, release, and iteration.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and concept validation to inform product improvements.
