Job Details

10+ years of experience in card operations, card processing, payments, fintech, banking, or consumer lending.
Deep expertise working with Fiserv/First Data card processing platforms, particularly Optis and related systems.
Proven experience leading large-scale card operations organizations and managing high-performing teams.
Extensive experience managing vendor relationships and driving performance across external partners.
Strong understanding of card issuing operations, dispute management, fraud operations, and card lifecycle management.
Technical knowledge of card issuance/fulfillment, APIs, DecisionQuest, DMM, and Fiserv fraud tools.
Strong regulatory fluency regarding consumer lending and card network requirements.
Ability to partner effectively across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Serve as the operational leader for the card platform, driving performance, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary expert and executive point of contact for Fiserv and related card processing partners.
Lead operational workstreams for card initiatives including new product launches, migrations, and fraud/risk initiatives.
Manage strategic relationships with card processors, networks, and fulfillment providers to ensure performance and SLA adherence.
Lead and develop a high-performing Card Operations team.
Oversee the Card Operations budget and P&L while identifying efficiency improvements.
Ensure operational processes meet regulatory, network, and internal control requirements.
