Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying recommender systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with large-scale data processing using Spark/PySpark in Databricks.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing, and performance evaluation metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement recommender systems to improve product discovery and enhance customer engagement.
- Build and manage scalable machine learning pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Optimize advanced recommendation models including Wide & Deep, Two-Tower architectures, Transformers, and deep sequential models.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to integrate models into production.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance deployed models to ensure reliability and alignment with business needs.
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning and Generative AI to drive innovation.
