Requirements
- 7+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in an architect or technical lead role.
- Deep hands-on expertise in native Android development (Kotlin) and iOS development (Swift).
- Proven experience releasing and managing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-assisted development tools effectively.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, design principles, and scalable code organization.
- Experience designing and implementing offline-first architectures and data synchronization patterns.
- Strong proficiency with REST APIs, backend integration, and asynchronous programming.
- Solid understanding of mobile security principles, data encryption, and secure storage.
- Experience owning and improving CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the mobile platform technical roadmap and architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI) across iOS and Android.
- Lead the adoption of AI-assisted development practices and agentic workflows to increase team output.
- Design and maintain modular, scalable codebases and establish engineering standards.
- Oversee offline-first data synchronization, conflict resolution, and local storage optimization.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Fastlane for Apple and Google stores.
- Conduct architectural reviews and profile performance using telemetry tools like Kibana and Crashlytics.
- Collaborate with Security to define mobile security practices and remediate pen test findings.
