Requirements
- Independent licensure in a mental health field is required.
- Associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure are also considered.
- Experience with behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse age groups (children, teens, adults) is preferred.
- Must be able to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to reliable technology for uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport with clients and referral sources through personable communication.
- Present programming information to assist clients in accessing care.
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, and adults.
- Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care.
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria.
- Document client information in electronic medical records according to regulatory standards.
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules for new admissions.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams.
