Requirements
- Independent licensure in a mental health field is required.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Access to reliable technology resources to deliver uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services.
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults is preferred.
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and quality of care.
- Must be available for shifts including 11am-7pm MT or 12pm-8pm MT; weekends are encouraged.
- Associate-level clinicians eager to work toward full licensure will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients and referral sources using personable and competent communication.
- Present programming information thoroughly to support client access to care.
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care.
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses utilizing DSM-V criteria.
- Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards using electronic medical records.
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules while notifying staff of new admissions.
- Facilitate intake by interfacing with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams.
- Collaborate with hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health providers.
