Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and CRM solutions.
- Advanced expertise in JavaScript.
- Intermediate expertise in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and ETL processes.
- Core experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience with Python (nice to have).
- Salesforce or related certifications (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Optimize existing CRM processes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement new Salesforce functionalities following best practices.
- Lead technical documentation efforts to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Establish and enforce coding standards across the development team.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
