Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer or similar.
- Very good knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, SOQL, and LWC.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
- Experience in creating integrations/API and working with ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Java.
- Ability to optimize solutions for performance and Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Experience with code review and technical documentation.
- Ability to apply best programming practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to share knowledge.
- Proficiency in Polish and English (B2 level).
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to implement Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM functionality.
- Optimize processes for performance, scalability, and platform limits.
- Create components using Apex, SOQL, and LWC.
- Design and implement integrations using APIs.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Prepare and update technical documentation.
- Establish code standards and development best practices.
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality.
- Provide mentoring and technical support to team members.
