Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data, reporting, or business transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple functions or geographical locations.
- Strong ability to facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and map AS-IS/TO-BE processes.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
- Solid understanding of KPI definitions, business rules, data validation, and audit requirements.
- Capability to work independently in ambiguous environments and manage project scopes and risks.
- Knowledge of data quality, data governance, privacy, and security in reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting UAT and business solution handover.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Fluency in Polish (C2 level).
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead discovery processes, interviews, and workshops with KPI owners and cross-functional teams.
- Map current and future-state business processes, data flows, systems, and manual tasks.
- Collect, analyze, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Define KPI metadata including logic, sources, aggregation rules, and validation paths.
- Translate business requirements into technical guidelines for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
- Identify and manage data sources, resolve data inconsistencies, and recommend data governance standards.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage bug tracking, and support business readiness.
