Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building large-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience developing production-grade applications.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, multithreading, real-time systems, and performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with distributed caching solutions and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Big Data technologies and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- 1+ years experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience in the AdTech or digital advertising industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, high-performance, real-time applications.
- Build and optimize distributed systems focused on scalability, reliability, and low latency.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver robust and maintainable software solutions.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Ensure high code quality by following engineering best practices, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver high-quality software on time in a fast-paced engineering environment.
