Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional Java programming experience (Java 8+), with at least 3 years working with Java 17+.
- Extensive experience leading technical teams in backend development for 2+ years.
- Strong expertise with Apache Kafka and Apache Camel (Expert level).
- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot (Expert level) and microservices architecture in containerized environments.
- Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle DB 19c and ORM tools like Hibernate.
- Familiarity with version control systems (GitLab), build tools (Maven), and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Experience working with the Unicorn ecosystem (ECP/EDX) APIs and channels.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, software responsibility, and timely task execution.
- Fluent in Polish and communicative in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and support technical tasks within the backend development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
- Recognize, verify, and plan the evolution of technology stacks for the Connector 2.0 project.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies across project teams, providing training and mentorship to team members.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain system architecture in the backend layer, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Program functionalities and conduct tests to deliver reliable software solutions, adhering to deadlines and specifications.
