Requirements
- Full stack proficiency with production-level backend and frontend experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong infrastructure as code experience, specifically Terraform.
- Proven experience building dashboards and debugging production issues with metrics, logs, and traces.
- Demonstrated history of taking projects from idea to stable, monitored production states.
- Product-focused mindset with the ability to influence specs and business outcomes.
- Disciplined testing habits and experience using AI coding agents for development.
- 5+ years of experience operating at a senior level with a history of technical leadership or mentorship.
- C1 fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features end-to-end across the primary app using PHP (Symfony, Laminas), React, and TypeScript.
- Monitor deployed systems, respond to production issues, and iterate based on usage data.
- Instrument systems with observability tools like metrics, logs, and tracing.
- Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Utilize AI coding agents to accelerate development and maintain high code quality.
- Contribute to infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm charts.
- Define and tune system alerting for proactive issue detection.
- Collaborate directly with product stakeholders to define technical solutions and tradeoffs.
