Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, specifically with consumer-facing products.
- Proven experience planning and coordinating engineering sprints.
- Demonstrated ability to drive conversion or growth within consumer products.
- Experience running measurable product experiments and analyzing funnel data.
- Comfortable with product analytics, defining events, and reading data reports.
- Strong collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with design and engineering.
- Clear written communication skills for producing high-quality product specifications.
- Experience working in a startup or growth-stage company environment.
- Preferred: Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or regulated consumer products.
- Preferred: Experience with products serving complex life-financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily product execution, including bi-weekly sprint planning and engineering delivery visibility.
- Draft comprehensive product specifications, manage the backlog, and drive sprint-level decision-making.
- Execute the build-measure-learn loop in partnership with product design and engineering.
- Oversee acceptance criteria and launch coordination for homeowner-facing product releases.
- Design and analyze experimentation cadences on acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Diagnose user friction and drop-off points throughout the application journey.
- Conduct discovery research with homeowners to inform roadmap development.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on state-specific flow variations and disclosures.
