Solid experience with Java 17+, especially Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
Solid experience with Angular or relevant Frontend development experience.
Knowledge of SQL Server, including data manipulation, queries, and optimization.
Experience with messaging and asynchronous communication.
Knowledge of frontend-to-backend communication mechanisms like Polling, WebSocket, and Pub/Sub.
Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to development, having built at least one agent or skill with concrete results.
Knowledge of Git and versioning practices.
Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
Capacity to act with business vision, problem-solving skills, and technical decision-making.

Develop and maintain applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch and Angular.
Collaborate on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
Perform optimized database searches and queries in SQL Server.
Handle multiple frontend requests using mechanisms such as Polling, WebSocket, and Pub/Sub.
Implement and maintain messaging and asynchronous communication solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
Work with Product and Design teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Ensure application performance, stability, and quality over time.
Apply development best practices, coding standards, and architecture.
Participate in agile teams, contributing to ceremonies and continuous process improvement.
Share knowledge and mentor developers to foster a continuous learning environment.
