Requirements
- Solid experience in software development and applications in production environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs applied to software engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI Coding, automated code generation, testing, documentation, or development automation.
- Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and LLM interaction best practices.
- Familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, and various LLM models/providers.
- Experience in distributed systems architecture and development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Java, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and databases.
- Experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong communication, technical influence, and consultative skills.
- Advanced English for verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical reference for client teams to guide architecture and SDLC evolution.
- Implement and adapt Flow offerings to specific project technical requirements.
- Identify and execute opportunities to apply AI for increased development productivity and quality.
- Support the adoption of AI Coding tools and AI-assisted development practices.
- Develop and evolve software solutions in live production environments.
- Lead technological modernization and platform evolution initiatives.
- Mentor developers on engineering best practices and AI utilization.
- Evaluate project outcomes and promote team autonomy.
