Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support engineer.
- Knowledge of Linux and AWS environments.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with monitoring and version control systems.
- Willingness to learn and use Terraform, Kubernetes (k8s), Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Readiness to work on-duty shifts (1 week per month).
- Fluent in the Ukrainian language.
- B2+ proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure and perform initial diagnosis of system problems.
- Respond to system alerts independently or in collaboration with duty DevOps engineers.
- Create new monitoring rules and improve existing ones.
- Perform basic DevOps tasks.
- Document technical processes and infrastructure changes.
- Participate in on-duty rotation shifts (1 week per month).
