Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, IT, STEM, or related field plus 5-7 years of experience, or 7-10 years of experience without a degree.
- Active SAP Data Services Certification.
- Advanced technical proficiency with SAP migration tools: LSMW, SAP Data Services, IDOC, BAPI, SQL, Migration Cockpit (LTMC), and LTMOM.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and data architecture.
- Proven experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze migration requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP Data Migration.
- Lead migration strategy for complex programs or modules.
- Define migration standards, tools, and reusable assets.
- Review and approve mappings, transformations, and validation results.
- Serve as the escalation point for data migration issues.
- Create user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Develop SAP conversion solutions using tools such as LSMW, SAP Data Services, IDOC, BAPI, SQL, and Migration Cockpit.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and audit requirements.
