Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or related role.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT).
- Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up practices.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time matching US operating hours.
- Positive and creative attitude.
- Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm products for client branded merchandise projects.
- Provide formal quotes to clients.
- Build and place sales orders.
- Review and approve invoices.
- Review and send proofs to clients for approval.
- Manage day-to-day projects to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee problem resolutions through to completion.
- Place sample and spec orders requiring factory POs.
- Act as point of contact for production-related order questions.
- Update company CRM as needed.
