Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health care or other scientific discipline.
- 10 years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
- In-depth knowledge of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Consolidated knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
- Strong understanding of project finances and Estimate at Completion (EAC) management.
- High proficiency in clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and manage cultural differences.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements, customer contracts, and internal SOPs.
- Manage project recruitment targets and develop risk mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee clinical project finances, including tracking Estimate at Completion (EAC) and managing changes against baseline.
- Identify and manage internal and external clinical stakeholders through effective communication.
- Mentor and coach clinical lead peers and support clinical team performance through project-level guidance and training.
- Contribute to business proposals, bid defense preparations, and the development of clinical operation plans.
