Requirements
- 2+ years in product management, data analysis, or a closely related field
- Track record of shipping data-driven products
- Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics
- Crypto derivatives experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills across data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence
- Comfortable working independently with large datasets
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration
- Bilingual English/Mandarin required
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives/campaigns for Derivatives such as futures, TradFi etc.
- Analyze trading and user behavior data to surface trends, quantify opportunities, and turn them into a prioritized feature roadmap
- Design data-informed trading experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
- Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to execute and ship
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization based on data and user feedback
